Wine of a deep ruby red color with violet reflections, with an intense and persistent aroma of ripe red fruits. With a dry, harmonious and well-structured flavor with a marked concentration of characters, with spicy notes.
VARIETY: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. Vineyards cultivated in the south-eastern area of Lake Garda, in the morainic amphitheater.
AGING: In steel tanks for at least one year followed by a further refinement of a few months in the bottle
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.
PAIRING: Perfectly accompanies first courses with meat sauces, white meat dishes, poultry and fresh cheeses
SERVICE: It is recommended to serve at a temperature of about 18°C
