“RUGIADOSO” LATE HARVEST IGT
Extraordinary red wine of selected grapes, left on the branches to hyper-ripen until the threshold of winter, when the first mists already cloud the sky. In this way, the maturation is accompanied by a slight withering, and these conditions combine to create a prodigy, with a full taste, rare softness, great body and enchanting aroma.

VARIETY: Corvina, Rondinella, Croatina, Cabernet Sauvignon. Vineyards cultivated at the foot of Monte Baldo at 350 meters above sea level
AGING: About 3 years in oak barrels
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 15% vol.
PAIRING: Wine that dictates its choice when the tables are set with game, roast meats, braised meats and fine cheeses. Not to be underestimated as a meditation wine
SERVICE:To be served at a temperature of 18° C. It is recommended to uncork it at least one hour before serving
