“LA CAVALARA” SPARKLING ROSE'

Pink colored wine, elegant, with an initially floral scent, subsequently dominated but soft fruity hints of cherry and notes of wild berries. Delicate flavor, soft with marked fruity notes and endowed with great freshness. The finish is dry, savory, with good persistence and slightly bitter. The pressing is soft and the fermentation takes place in steel containers at a controlled temperature to maintain the natural aromas of the grapes and obtain a base wine rich in acidity and aromas. The second fermentation takes place through the inoculation of selected yeasts in steel tanks at controlled temperature and pressure (autoclaves) according to the Charmat method.

VARIETY: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. Vineyards cultivated in the south-eastern area of Lake Garda

AGING: In autoclave for about a month, according to the Charmat method.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11,5 % vol.

PAIRING: Perfectly accompanies appetizers, first courses with meat or vegetable sauces, dishes based on white meats, poultry and fresh cheeses

SERVICE: It is recommended to serve cool at a temperature of 10°-12 °C
